EnerDel to double Li-ion output (22 January 2010, Industrial Minerals)
Lithium-ion battery manufacturer EnerDel plans to invest $237m. in a new plant in Indianapolis, USA, to meet an anticipated demand boom for advanced battery systems.
The plant will be funded by a mix of private finds and public incentives and nearly double EnerDel’s US production capacity, the company said.
